Tom Brady Reveals If He'll Play Flag Football in 2028 Summer Olympics
Tom Brady has no problem ceding the spotlight to his kids.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion—who is dad to son Jack, 18, with ex Bridget Moynahan as well as Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen—discussed his frequent attendance at his children’s sports games, though he admitted they aren’t always thrilled about his presence.
“I'm probably pretty irritating to them,” he said during his appearance on the March 17 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “They want me to stand outside the arena when they're playing. They're like, ‘Dad, don't come in here.’”
Given his high-profile status, Tom, 48, has developed a strategy to remain incognito and avoid becoming a distraction in the stands.
“I always—especially when I go to the opposing schools—[wear] the hat, hoodie, [and sit] as far down, as far away from every other parent,” he explained, “because you just want the attention focused on the kids, and that's where it should be.”
And the three-time NFL MVP doesn’t mind taking extra steps to keep a low profile for the teens’ sake, adding, “I love watching 'em play.”
Of course, Tom—who has been romantically linked to Alix Earle in recent months—isn’t just supportive of his kids’ athletic pursuits. For instance, he listed several of Vivian’s most stellar qualities to celebrate her birthday in December.
“Your smile lights up my life, and hearing you laugh is my favorite soundtrack,” he wrote on Instagram at the time. “I’m so proud of you and how hard you work in school and in your sports. You put your heart into everything you do. You’ve always been such a loving sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin, bringing so much joy to everyone in our family.”
Plus, the football star previously shared how he keeps his kids close no matter where he is. In October, he posted a shirtless selfie on his Instagram Stories flashing a gold pendant reading “Jack,” “Benny” and “Vivi,” writing onscreen, “Forever in my heart.”
