Fran Drescher told E! News in an exclusive interview at the 2026 Actor Awards that she would officiate her Marty Supreme costar Timothée Chalamet’s wedding to Kylie Jenner if they asked her to.

Actor Awards: Would Fran Drescher Officiate Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s Wedding? She Says…

Fran Drescher can wear many different hats.

In addition to the top hat she paired with her black sequined gown at the 2026 Actor Awards—hosted by Kristen Bell March 1 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles—the Nanny alum said she is willing to officiate the wedding of her Marty Supreme costar Timothée Chalamet and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

“If they asked me to,” Fran told Keltie Knight on Live From E!: Actor Awards 2026. “I do officiate gay weddings, so I certainly can branch out and officiate this if they wanted me to.”

But while the 68-year-old—nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for Marty Supreme alongside Timmy—would be willing to make herself available for the nuptials, she admitted, “I have a feeling they're not going to ask.”

While it remains to be seen if Timothée will ask his onscreen mom to help on his big day, Fran emphasized her maternal role extended beyond the screen.

“He's very sweet and kind of vulnerable and very charming,” she continued. “and when we did some press on the top of the Empire State Building, he actually is afraid of heights and I kind of felt a need to mother him in that moment. I felt very, very worried about him.”

She noted, “I said, ‘Look, we're not curing cancer. Let's get off of the roof of the Empire State Building.’”

And though he may not love heights, Fran said Timothée—who is nominated for Male Actor in a Leading Role alongside Leonardo DiCaprio for One Battle After Another, Ethan Hawke for Blue Moon, Michael B. Jordan for Sinners and Jesse Plemons for Bugonia—is fearless onscreen.

“He's such a young actor, but in search of greatness,” she shared. “He's a darling. A very talented man.”

Of course, Fran wasn’t the only star to show up and show out at the 2026 Actor Awards. Read on to see all the celebs who walked the red carpet.
