Paul Rudd Reveals He Was Arrested Twice As a Teenager

Trust, even Paul Rudd himself is clueless when it comes to his secret for flawless aging.

Although the 57-year-old is widely known for his eternally youthful look, he recently confirmed he has never had Botox.

When appearing on the May 27 episode of the Therapuss podcast, Jake Shane asked Paul point blank if he uses Botox to keep himself looking young. To which the This is 40 actor simply responded, “No.”

Proving his point, Paul enthusiastically moved his eyebrows, revealing natural wrinkles, saying, “Look at my face.”

And when Jake, 26, reiterated that Paul never ages, the Ant-Man actor pushed back.

“I do,” he assured. “You’re kind for saying that, but I really do.”

This isn’t the first time the Clueless alum has been put in the hot seat over his flawlessly aging skin. Former costars Jennifer Aniston and Chris Evans have previously called him out for his looks, with the Avengers actor joking in a 2020 joint interview with Variety, “Why don’t you age? Are you drinking baby blood?”

For Paul, he has credited his sleep routine for keeping him healthy.

“People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you work out? Do you drink? Do you eat carbs? Do you have a cheat day?’” Paul told Men’s Health in 2023. “The most important part of training is sleep. People will set their alarm and then sleep for four hours and they’ll get up so that they can train. They’re doing themselves a disservice.”

But as far as his skincare secrets go, Paul has remained mum on the topic. In 2019, he echoed his latest statements, assuring he’s not as youthful as people think.

“I’m 80 years old on the inside,” Paul joked during a panel at C2E2 Comic Con in Chicago at the time, going on to point at his heart. “In here, pure darkness—and a little moisturizer.”
