Gabrielle Carrington is facing legal troubles.
The season 10 X Factor finalist, also known as Rielleuk online, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly driving her car into a group of pedestrians outside a London nightclub April 19, the Crown Prosecution Service shared.
"The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Gabrielle Carrington with attempted murder," Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor David Malone said in an April 20 press release, "dangerous driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and grievous bodily harm following an incident where a car hit three pedestrians."
"Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to charge the defendant and that it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings," the statement continued. "We have worked closely with the Metropolitan Police as they have carried out their investigation."
London's Metropolitan Police confirmed that one of the victims was influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska—known as Klaudiaglam on social media—in a statement to Deadline. Authorities told the outlet that Zakrzewska is in the hospital in "life-threatening" condition, while one man suffered life-changing injuries and a woman was treated for minor injuries.
While appearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on April 21, Carrington—who rose to fame as part of the girl group Miss Dynamix in the 2013 season of the U.K. singing competition—did not enter any plea, according to Sky News reporters in the courtroom.
The judge ordered that she remain in custody until her May 19 appearance at the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales.
In videos circulating on social media and viewed by E! News, Zakrzewska, 30, and Carrington, 29, were seen fighting on the street before bystanders attempted to pull them apart. Carrington appeared to get into the driver's seat of a car as someone yelled, "She's running her over!" The car ran over Zakrzewska and a man on the sidewalk, then reversed over Zakrzewska.

During the hearing, per Sky News, prosecutor Rizwan Amin pointed to CCTV footage of the altercation, telling the judge that Carrington had "seemed to have an altercation" that escalated to involve several onlookers.
"Ms. Carrington was then seen to re-enter the vehicle," he continued, alleging that the vehicle "immediately moved off and sharply mounted the pavement."
"During this maneuver, the vehicle has struck Ms. Zakrzewska who was positioned to the front side of the vehicle and she was dragged forward and dropped between the vehicle and a metal bike rack. As the vehicle kept moving forward, it fully took her underneath the vehicle."
