A Nigerian woman, Ijeoma Ekechukwu, has celebrated her father on his birthday, expressing her gratitude to him for returning her bride price to her abusive ex-husband and his family.
Ijeoma, who earlier revealed that she used to fake menstruation to avoid having s3x with her promiscuous ex-husband, added that her father is a ‘huge fan of her freedom and growth.’
According to her, he followed up on the bride price issue even when her ex and his family tried to avoid collecting it.
“Happy Birthday to the man that returned my bride price to my t0x!c and abũ$!vê “husband” and his people,” she wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday, March 24.
"I know I write a lot about my father here, but honestly…it’s not enough.
Even when my “husband” and his people were using tactics and wayo to avoid coming to collect their bride price back, my father followed up the matter back to back…he never gave them breathing space .
My father is a huge fan of my freedom and growth
Today, if my father feels like he’s low on cash and needs urgent 500,000 to run one or two, he CONFIDENTLY picks up his phone and calls me to get it from me
