Former Senator Shehu Sani has stated that the political climate surrounding the ongoing gubernatorial election in Osun State is heavily weighted against the incumbent governor, Ademola Adeleke.
In a social media post shared on his verified X account, Sani observed that the political forces active in the state favor the opposition. He pointed out that numerous influential figures from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have traveled to Osun State to support their party's campaign during the election.
By contrast, Sani highlighted a notable lack of solidarity for the incumbent, pointing out that prominent leaders from the opposition camp have been largely absent from the state during this critical voting period.
