Nigerian content creator, Darkskinned Ella, known for speaking out on Lagos transport issues, has expressed frustration after boarding a ride where the air conditioner was not turned on despite the fare paid.
In a video shared online, she questioned the situation, saying, “How can someone pay ₦16,900 and you refuse to turn on the AC for me? It’s bad.”
She also highlighted other challenges commuters face, including long queues for BRT buses and rising fuel costs.
In the caption of the video, she wrote: “BRT — long queue, fuel — increase, ride — no AC… Nigeria you too do.”
