Three players return to Barcelona

Three Barcelona players have returned to the club to begin preparations for the upcoming season following their post-World Cup holiday.

Joan Garcia, Eric Garcia, and Anthony Gordon, who represented Spain and England at the World Cup during the summer, resumed training over the weekend. The trio completed their first post-break sessions individually alongside Gavi, combining gym routines with ball work on the pitch. Meanwhile, the rest of the first-team squad was given a rest day following their participation in a triangular tournament in Udine, Italy.

The remaining members of the squad are scheduled to report back to the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper on Monday to begin another week of training. To prepare for an upcoming friendly match in Basel, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has scheduled double training sessions for both Wednesday and Thursday.
