TikToker Taylor Rousseau Grigg Laid to Rest After "Sudden" Death at 25
Taylor Rousseau Grigg’s widower is heading down the aisle again.
Less than two years after the TikToker unexpectedly died at the age of 25 after suffering complications from asthma and Addison’s disease, her husband Cameron Grigg proposed to his now-fiancée Kalli Kodet.
“Our nightly Bible study turned into a night I’ll never forget,” Kalli wrote on Instagram April 16 alongside pictures of the proposal, during which Cameron popped the question with a sticky note in a Bible. “You are the very best of me Cameron Allen.”
For the 25-year-old, finding her dream husband was a long time in the making.
“Growing up I used to ask my mom, ‘How will I know when I meet the one?’” she continued. “She always told me, ‘Find someone you can struggle with—because you can be happy with anyone. But when life gets hard and you pick eachother [sic] up, that’s how you know you’ll make it.”
She added, “The type of love I’ve waited my whole life for. I promise to choose you forever. Thank you God for this answered prayer.”
Kalli, who went Instagram official with Cameron in July, previously alluded to destiny playing a part in their relationship.
“Answer to all the prayers I’ve prayed,” she wrote on Instagram in November. “It was always you.”
For his part, Cameron has not publicly discussed his recent engagement after announcing his “last post” on social media in September.
He did, however, open up his heart in the aftermath of Taylor’s October 2024 death, noting her health caused her to deal with “more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime."

“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartbreak, especially at our age," he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. "She is the most brave and strong woman I know, and her confidence in the Lord outweighed every other circumstance she's faced, even in her darkest hours. I know she’s saved my life and so many others out there."
Cameron added, "And even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever."
