A 50-year-old Thai national has been arrested at an airport in South Africa after authorities discovered parrot eggs hidden in the suspect's carry-on baggage. The individual was allegedly attempting to transport the eggs using a "homemade incubator" kept inside their hand luggage.
Following the arrest and seizure of the incubator, the parrot eggs have successfully hatched.
