Shooting Stars have parted company with their technical adviser, Nurudeen Aweroro, by mutual consent, according to a statement from the Ibadan-based club reported by Daily Post.
In addition to Aweroro's departure, assistant coach Shakiru Lawal and team manager Tammy Tamuno have also concluded their contracts with the Oluyole Warriors.
The club expressed appreciation for the contributions of the departing trio, highlighting their role in guiding the team to a third-place finish in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) last season. This achievement secured Shooting Stars a spot in continental competition.
While the club searches for permanent replacements, remaining members of the technical staff have been instructed to oversee team affairs on an interim basis.
Shooting Stars are scheduled to begin their 2026-27 NPFL season with a match against newly promoted Inter Lagos.
