Nicole Kidman’s Daughter Sunday Rose, 17, Breaks Met Gala Rule With 2026 Debut

Connor Storrie's goal at the 2026 Met Gala? Make us all blush.

After all, the Heated Rivalry breakout star brought sunshine to the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the biggest night in fashion May 4.

Connor, perfectly embodying the evening's "Fashion is Art" dress code, arrived in black Saint Laurent slacks and a dramatic black-and-white polka-dot turtleneck top that cascaded into a flowing scarf down his back. He accessorized his ensemble with black dress shoes, a dazzling Tiffany & Co. brooch adorned with a red center stone and smaller matching jewels pinned to the neckline of his top. The 26-year-old completed his look by embracing his curly golden locks. (See all the stars on the Met steps here.)

It's just the latest appearance where Connor brought the heat since the Jacob Tierney-created hockey romance's meteoric rise. And as the young actor navigates his newfound fame, he's also found a newfound love of fashion.

"Fashion was never really on my mind before getting into this world," he admitted to The Hollywood Reporter in January. "The thing about nice things is you don't know why you like nice things until you start being around nice things."

"I was never a car guy and then the first time you get in a really nice car, you're like, 'Oh, I get why people pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to get a nice car,'" he continued. "It's kind of the same thing with clothes. Getting to wear designer clothes, you're like, 'Oh, I understand why people spend the money if they have it.' Nice things are nice and it feels good and sexy to be in nice things."

Although Connor emphasized how much he's leaned on his stylist James Yardley, the fashion expert couldn't help but praise his client's vision.

"He has a hunger to learn, though he also understands fashion quite well," James explained to Vanity Fair in January. "He knows what he likes. And with that in mind, it's led us down a road where our collaboration has led to using similar silhouettes, but that have always been slightly different."

As for what the pair is often going for?

"The styling has been subtle and clean and well-fitted, and it's focused on specifics, like some of the accessories, the watches, the brooches," he added. "As a stylist, you always want to build the image of a leading man or woman. It hasn't been a mistake, but it also hasn't been intentional. We've built it through this collaboration of each fitting, just growing together outfit on outfit."

Now, stop pucking around and keep reading for more celebs bringing the heat to the 2026 Met Gala.
