Met Gala 2026 RECAP: Beyoncé's Big Return, Rihanna Shut the Carpet Down, & More DRAMATIC Looks!

There’s no bad blood between Bad Bunny and ex Kendall Jenner—or her family.

Case in point, the “DTMF” singer and the model’s mom Kris Jenner had a run-in at the 2026 Met Gala—and they were more than thrilled to reunite. In fact, while on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the May 4 event, Bad Bunny—practically unrecognizable in old age makeup and custom Zara suit—embraced Kris in a warm hug, in a video shared by CNN

After greeting Kris—who donned a copper and white kimono-inspired look from Dolce & Gabbana—the 32-year-old also exchanged a few words with Kim Kardashian, who was standing next to her mother in an orange hard-shelled piece by Allen Jones. (See all the show-stopping met looks here.)

While Kendall didn’t join the sweet reunion, the former couple have kept a pretty friendly relationship following their breakup in 2023 after nine months together. And it was during that romance, that she shared her philosophy on relationships.

"I love really hard, and I love without apology," Kendall told Harper's Bazaar in an interview published in August 2023. She later added: "I don't give up on anything. Some people aren't willing to meet me at that level. But that's okay. I'd rather do that than shut myself off to something and not give it a proper chance."

Although she wasn’t snapped with her ex, the 818 Tequila founder was in attendance at this year’s Met Gala. She sported a meticulously draped flesh-toned gown by GapStudio by Zac Posen that paid tribute to the statues featured in the museums.

And Kendall wasn’t the only Kardashian-Jenner sister to opt for a daring near-nude outfit. Kylie Jenner wore a nude illusion corset bustier with fake nipples from Schiaparelli, creating a look reminiscent of Venus de Milo.
