Alix Earle Details “Tough” Reunion With Braxton Berrios After Breakup

Alix Earle has found her way through the static.

The influencer shared rare insight into her fallout with Alex Cooper’s Unwell Network, detailing what was going through her mind during the sudden pause of her Hot Mess podcast in March 2025.

“I basically was kind of in a mode of, ‘What am I doing?’” Alix explained in a March 23 TikTok. “I really wanted to try out vlogs.”

The 25-year-old recalled watching her sister Penelope Earle compete in an equestrian competition while also being “in the corner on the phone with lawyers trying to figure out what was going on.” But despite the stress of the moment, Alix who was watching the 11-year-old compete during her recollection of the previous year’s events—has since realized how far she’s come.

“I just felt pretty lost,” she said. “Unsure of what was going on—and now I look back at that time and I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I forgot that that was even a thing I went through.’ So, it’s really crazy what time can do. And I am a big believer in everything happens for a reason.”

As for her Hot Mess podcast, despite Alix telling WSJ. Magazine last year she had plants to bring back and “elevate” the show, the podcast has yet to come back in any form.

Meanwhile, she told the outlet her exit from the Unwell Network was, “behind the scenes, a little bit of a hot mess,” though she never shared additional insight into how her breaking away went down.

Alex, though, has remained adamant that there was no drama—despite the online chatter suggesting as much.

“Hi I see ur comments,” the Call Her Daddy podcaster wrote in a March 2025 Instagram Story. “Alix not being able to podcast has nothing to do with Unwell. Idk why she can’t/what’s going on. Unwell gave her everything back she owns her IP.”

But Alix’s reminder that the phrase “this too shall pass,” as she told fans in her TikTok video, often holds true was one she said she also needed. After all, the social media star has been candid about her emotional journey since she and ex-boyfriend Braxton Berrios parted ways in late 2025.

“I’m feeling a lot better and a lot more like myself, just at least compared to like last month,” the Dancing With the Stars alum noted in the video. “I think it was just a good reminder of being here and being like, ‘Oh!’ Like I’m sure this time next year, I’m gonna be like, ‘Wow, the things I was worried about like—blast from the past.’”
